Payment methods

The payment methods available are those displayed at the time of ordering (credit card, bank transfer and/or other methods depending on the country).

Payment processing and security

Payments are processed via a payment service provider. DAUPHIN does not store credit card numbers. Security and anti-fraud checks may be carried out; these may result in a request for supporting documents, a delay, or the transaction being declined.

Bank transfer

If payment by bank transfer is offered, the order may be cancelled if the funds are not received within a reasonable period (e.g. 7 working days) from the date of the payment instructions, unless otherwise agreed.

Invoicing

An order confirmation and/or an invoice is sent by email in accordance with the process specified at the time of purchase.
