Delivery Areas
The countries served are those available at checkout. Certain destinations may be excluded for logistical or regulatory reasons.

Made-to-Order Products
All DAUPHIN creations are made to order. Please allow an estimated lead time of four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery (including production, preparation, and shipping). This timeframe may vary depending on the destination, material availability, order volume, and/or logistical constraints.

Delivery Address
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Depending on the carrier and country, certain addresses may not be accepted (e.g. PO boxes, hotels), in which case we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Timeframes
All displayed timeframes (production, preparation, shipping) are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (carriers, customs, exceptional events, strikes, weather conditions, etc.). We will keep you informed whenever reasonably possible.

Shipping from France or the United Kingdom
Depending on the country of order and/or delivery, shipping and certain after-sales operations may be handled from France or the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.

Taxes, VAT, and Customs Duties — DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Where delivery is offered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis at checkout, DAUPHIN covers customs formalities as well as applicable import duties and taxes. In this case, no import charges (duties, taxes, or clearance fees) shall be claimed from the customer at the time of delivery.
The applicable terms (taxes included and DDP coverage) are indicated at checkout and, where relevant, confirmed in the order confirmation.

Transfer of Risk
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of the parcel to the indicated address (or upon showroom collection, if applicable).

Showroom Collection
Collection is by appointment only, upon presentation of a valid proof of identity and the order confirmation. A third party may collect the order upon presentation of the required identification documents and a signed authorisation.
